Last session of the season for the Sean Scully Art and Spirituality Institute in Santa Cecilia of Montserrat. Like other years before Christmas, we dedicate it to poetry. We invited a friend and great collaborator of Montserrat as is the renowned art critic and poet J. Corredor-Matheos. We enjoyed a reading in which the author shared his intimate journey as a poet from the simple but attentive observation of reality that surrounds him, especially the family: from sensitivity for a newborn granddaughter, to reflection on death. Corredor-Matheos read his synthetic and naked poetry, with which he has always managed to say much with very little, and made us spend a great time.
